Our annual auctions is fast approaching and we need your help to procure items. Please ask friends, co-workers, businesses for those auction donations. It's those items that help make the auction fun and unpredictable.
SPONSOR A TABLE FOR AUCTION HOURS. If you buy a table at $1,000 or above the requirement for auction hours will be waived this year. Sponsoring (buying) a table is a great way to support the school, get advertising AND you get to choose who you sit by. A table sponsor includes 10 admissions to the auction. Please contact the auction team or let Dana Day know in the office.
Each family needs to bring in 2 bottles of wine for the auction.
Boxes have been set out in front of the classrooms for class baskets. Let the competition begin!

Please drop of your wine and donations at the school office.
Remember to fill a procurement form for items donated and solicited. Procurement forms and letters can be found at the school office or on the school website.
If you would like to do a buy in for the auction, we need the details by Oct 23. You can also discuss ideas or questions with someone on the auction team.
